If you are unsure of receiving an RTT treatment let me put your mind at rest, RTT is a wonderful relaxing Alpha state much like being on auto pilot when you are driving a car or in meditation. You do not relive passed events, you view them very much like watching on a TV screen.

When you are in a relaxing Alpha state the critical voice goes away completely allowing your wonderful subconscious mind to empower you

Throughout the treatment I am with you, If at any time you feel uncomfortable, we can stop, have a break and then continue.

I want you to feel totally comfortable and relaxed throughout the RTT treatment, if you feel you need to cry its OK and is very good to release your emotions.

RTT can help you move forward with your life empowering you with believing in yourself and that you can achieve whatever you want to do.

A lot of the problems we have do go back to childhood trauma and this can greatly affect our lives as adults
