I am very passionate about health and well being, the content of the air we breathe and also what our skin absorbs. Our skin is the largest organ of our bodies This is very important to our health, we are absorbing 5lb of chemicals just through our skin every year from cosmetics, cancer causing compounds in face cream, cleaning products which we spray then breathe into our lungs and onto our skin ! Arsenic in eye shadows Parabens (preservatives) which are found in 99% of all cosmetics which only 77 % rinse off. These are hormone disruptors , evidence suggests they can mimic the female hormone estrogen and lifetime exposure to this is linked to breast cancer.

Yvonne has many years of experience in the field of complementary and holistic therapies as well as beauty treatments and working with the NHS hospitals.

Yvonne is also involved in treating patients with aromatherapy massage and reflexology, in the heart and stroke unit at Epsom hospital.

Yvonne has also worked treating cancer patients in Torbay Devon hospital, where she gained experience into the needs of cancer patients.

Yvonne has written newspaper articles on the subject of aromatherapy and reflexology as well as advice on health problems.
